• Receive Email: Proper Rate will send you an email to let you know when you've been added to a FlashClose transaction.
• Access Documents: Enter the Document Access Portal to view important information including the status of eSigning.
• Download and Print Docs: View, download and print a PDF of wet sign documents through the portal.
• Verify Docs: Check the portal to see if all eligible eSign docs have been signed prior to closing.
• Send Docs: Once all wet signed docs are complete, scan and email them to the Proper Rate closer. Mail physical copies to Proper Rate per usual.
